Join Promptly -- Delay
Could Reduce Any Recovery
In an FLSA
action, a successful claimant (i.e., a plaintiff) may be able to
recover for overtime compensation for a limited period before
his or her Consent to Join form is filed with the Court.
Consequently, each day of delay may result in a
corresponding loss of one day's overtime that may be recovered.
Therefore, if you decide to join this suit, you should
return the Consent
Form without delay.
Further Information
If you have any
questions or comments about joining the FLSA action or
completing the consent form or
