Case Update
On June 19, 2007, we filed and served the
complaint against Battelle Memorial Institute for unpaid wages and
benefits.
The case is before Judge Ted Stewart in the
Federal District Court of Utah. The Court has assigned the
case to Magistrate Judge Samuel Alba under 28:636 (b)(1)(A), to hear
and determine all non-dispositive pretrial matters.
The Defendant, Battelle Memorial Institute, filed
its answer to our complaint. We are currently in the process
of filing the schedule for the case with the Court.
